Locum sought as Head of Legal and Company Secretary in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Experience of life assurance/pensions industry essential. Jobholder must have had around at least 3 to 5 years’ post qualification experience of which at least 2 years must have been obtained in-house and preferably in a Financial Services organisation. The jobholder must be a qualified as a solicitor or barrister and have a current UK practising certificate.
