INTRODUCTION
We are committed to improving our practices on a continuous basis to combat slavery and human trafficking.

STRUCTURE
We are a provider of professional legal and accountancy recruitment services in the United Kingdom and operate in the legal and financial sectors. The Company has 5 employees based in 3 offices across the UK.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain.

Where we consider such a relationship has occurred we will report our concerns to the Modern Slavery Unit. Our company has done this on at least one occasion to date.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we perform detailed background checks on our entire contractor population which includes confirmation of identification and verification of the right to work in the UK. We ensure to review the Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statements of every member of our supply chain where applicable.

SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We perform detailed background checks on our entire contractor population which includes confirmation of identification and verification of the right to work in the UK. We ensure to review the Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statements of every member of our supply chain where applicable.

TRAINING
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain and our business, we have an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that has been issued to all existing employees and is included in the induction material of all new employees.
