Register as a LocumA new vacancy for a residential conveyancing locum has arisen with a medium sized well established solicitors firm based in Studley, Warwickshire (just south of Redditch). Start date is Monday 6th November and the assignment is ongoing.until they recruit permanently – the same firm are looking to recruit permanently if this is of interest. .
The position arises because the exiting locum, who has been in place for a number of months, has been commuting a considerable distance every day and wishes to work closer to home. The firm are presently looking to recruit a permanent residential property solicitor, but have not yet found the right candidate. The locum position will therefore be ongoing and could be for a number of months.The caseload is varied which includes high net worth individuals, local conveyancing, and small estate developments. The practice uses SOS Connect case management and it would be helpful if the locum has experience of using electronic files. The firm provide secretarial and paralegal support and there is supervision at director level when required.
There is also free on-site parking.
