A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in Preston, Lancashire. Looking for the following:

1. A locum (part time) – to cover until a permanent candidate is found.
2. A permanent candidate (full time).

This firm seek someone to handle their wills & probate caseload. The firm specialise in elderly client law and are looking for someone on the permanent side with an interest in working with those lacking mental capacity. The firm also want someone with Court of Protection experience if possible.
The locum role starting asap will be part time and the permanent role full time. The locum role may well suit someone looking for a few days a week to complement additional assignments.
