A number of new roles in over the last few days as follows:

  3. Property litigation solicitor sought to cover on an ongoing basis. You must have Lease extension, enfranchisement and LVT experience. N London VAC 16228.
  4. Commercial Property locum sought for 2 days per week handling 10-12 cases. Leicester. VAC 16219.
  5. Pre-litigation RTA fee earner sought. ou must have experience of managing your own volume caseload of claimant MOJ portal/RTA personal injury files. You will have excellent communication skills, good time management and organisational skills and you MUST have experience of working with the Eclipse Proclaim case management system. It goes without saying that you will have experience of dealing with liability and quantum whilst also being familiar with the CPR and the personal injury pre-action protocol. The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own caseload of 200+ files. East London. VAC 16229
  6. Commercial Conveyancing Locum needed for 16-31st March. VAC 16226. North London.
  7. Contentious Probate Locum sought for ongoing 20 hours per month work with a practice in Shrewsbury but can be nationally based. VAC 16220.
  8. Conveyancing Locum sought in Dorking until permanent lawyer recruited. Branch office of larger practice. VAC 16221.
  9. Asbestosis locum sought for 3-4 weeks in Southampton. Legal 500 practice and posted with just about every agency under the sun!
