A new vacancy has arisen with a central London solicitors firm – looking for a commercial law solicitor to join them as a consultant for about 20 hours per week. The crux of the work is contract drafting. The firm are particularly busy dealing with quite a number of M&As on at the moment in the media agency sector. Location – can be based at their offices in central London or alternatively can be based remotely to suit – the firm are relaxed about this and also about hours – can be flexible hours to suit but looking to be about 20 a week. Start date as and when you are able. The partner of the firm is happy to have a conversation with anyone to discuss the role and the work. Small specialist practice.
