Commercial Litigation Solicitor Consultant – Ongoing Remote Working and Sheffield

Commercial Litigation Solicitor sought by South Yorkshire law firm.

A small but growing solicitors’ firm based in South Yorkshire are looking for an experienced solicitor to join them and start, develop and grow a new commercial litigation department to supplement their existing corporate and commercial work. Clients are mostly business clients, introduced through existing corporate and commercial property departments. Areas of expertise would be contract disputes, warranty claims on business sales/purchases and property disputes. This firm actively promote remote working and you would be able to be based either in the office or remotely as required.

Clients will be in the South Yorkshire area so some travel at some point inevitable.

Ongoing consultancy arrangement may be the best option – so ad hoc hours to fit the work, although a salaried position on a part or full time basis may be an option if preferred.
