A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm in central London – nearest tube is Moorgate. They are looking for assistance from a locum for a minimum of two weeks starting asap. Their head of department has a lot of work ongoing and someone else is currently away from the office, hence the need. They want someone able to hit the ground running.

The work is company commercial matters on behalf of SMEs – seems to be mainly commercial contract work – franchise agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, etc.. No M&A or ‘heavier’ company commercial work.

Start date is asap – they need help now. Not clear how long this one will go on for – may be more work to follow but 2 weeks initially.
