Two new locum vacancies have arisen with a medium to large solicitors firm located in the Preston area. They seek the following:

1. Company Commercial locum solicitor for cover annual leave from 28th October to 4th November; Transactional work for SMEs (£3-4 million value) including a demerger and a company sale.
2. A company commercial locum solicitor to work on an ongoing basis dealing with T&Cs as and when they come in. 6-10 hours per month anticipated. Looking for someone with good amount of experience in this area. Working from home for the latter but with a meeting at the outset and very occasional requirement to go to the office.
