A new vacancy has arisen with a central London solicitors firm – medium sized solicitors practice. They urgently need a corporate commercial solicitor to cover for a solicitor due to go off on maternity leave and likely to last for 6-12 months.

Details as follows:
1. Part time – 4 days a week or up to 4 days.
2. Facility to work from home or remotely. Can also be based at the office.
3. General corporate commercial work – examples given of drafting shareholders agreeements, terms and conditions of business, consultancy agreements, tender documents and buying & selling companies.
4. Start date asap – within the next 2 weeks if at all possible – as quickly as possible though.
5. Will need to manage own caseload – requires own filing, processing and admin.
