Two new roles in this morning as follows:

1. Manchester city centre – not far from the train station. Firm looking for assistance with plot sales. A finance company want a property lawyer with experience of dealing with plot sales to go into their offices in central Manchester for c1-2 months and handle the work. The finance company specialise in converting commercial buildings to residential use and a large site has just taken off with work coming in much faster than expected. Start date asap.

2. London – SW11 firm – urgently need an extra pair of hands on the residential conveyancing side. Start date as soon as possible and running until the end of the month. Work volumes much higher than anticipated.
