A new vacancy has arisen with a small to medium sized solicitors firm based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Looking for a conveyancing locum to join – ideally someone who can assist with a 75% residential and 25% commercial conveyancing caseload, but will also consider a pure residential conveyancing locum. Based in central Cheltenham in the town centre. Start date is November and the assignment is likely to last between 3 and 6 months.

Proposed hourly rate useful at this stage.
