Employment Lawyer – Remote working

A new vacancy has arisen with a trade association looking for a remote working employment lawyer to assist with an extremely busy caseload. We think that employment law may be the next boom area of law, which will make a refreshing change to all the employment lawyers out there who have struggled to find work over the last 10 years!

The type of advice the association gives to their service sector members is:

– disciplinary, grievance and absence management issues
– maternity, paternity, parental, shared parental and other family-friendly rights
– flexible working
– equalities law
– TUPE
– contractual issues and staff policies
– redundancy, restructures and other dismissals

At the moment the organisation is inundated with enquiries from members – mainly about furloughing and redundancy, so in need of support. They want someone able to help without the need for too much support or assistance.

Remote working, full time or part time (3-4 days likely), start date within next few weeks.

Any interest please let me know. Proposed hourly rate very useful at this stage.
