A new vacancy has arisen with a firm based in Canterbury, Kent, based about 300m from the station. Looking as follows for a family solicitor who specialises in child care law and legal aid work.

Start date: 24/09/2018
Likely to be at least three months, possibly longer.

The candidate would be required to:
– work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm with an hour for lunch to be taken between 12pm and 2pm.
– have a full understanding of legal aid funding and procedures and CCMS
– manage an existing case load of mainly public law children work with minimal supervision.
– a willingness to conduct own advocacy would be an advantage.
