A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in Cumbernauld, Scotland. They are looking for a locum to assist with commercial property work.

The firm’s commercial partner has been taken ill and the firm are looking at a 3 month locum.

The caseload is varied – usual commercial leases but also (for example) sale of pharmacies, dental practice purchases; servitude rights for a fishery and design & build contracts .

Cumbernauld enjoys easy access to the M80 and central Glasgow. Start date is asap.
