A law firm in Kent are looking for a Head of Private Client Locum to help out at their offices in Bexleyheath while they recruit permanently for this new role. You should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with extensive fee-earning experience in private client work. You should be capable of managing a caseload and supervising a team of fee-earners and support staff. STEP qualification would be advantageous but not essential for this role. Workload will include but not be limited to: wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and powers of attorney, guardianship and Court of Protection. This is a full time role and remote working is not available.
