A new vacancy has arisen via our platform – company looking for in house assistance from a remote working company commercial solicitor on an ad hoc basis dealing with anything cropping up.

Food tech start up – undertaking supply of freshly prepared healthy food – currently based in the London area.

“We need someone to check contracts for employment, suppliers, leases, and advise us in preparing documents, GDPR, dispute resolution etc. – essentially an in house counsel for general guidance. We are a new business and we’ve made mistakes with trusting our first hires too much and it resulted in conflicts.”

Any interest please let me know. Hourly rate will be £50 per hour.
