A new vacancy has arisen with a Legal 500 firm based in Birmingham. Their offices are 3 miles south of the city centre and with no nearby train station.

They are looking for a litigation locum to assist their small litigation team and are now looking to expand the department. This is a mixed caseload of civil/commercial litigation.

They would consider both FT and PT candidates. Start date is as soon as possible. Ongoing until they recruit permanently.

Live files range from pre-action neighbour disputes for high value properties, to challenges in the county court for civil immigration penalty notices, to high court actions including actions against the Police.

The firm is about to commence a class action and have currently retained 3 counsel including leading QC. As well as the commercial type cases they are regularly instructed in Civil Recovery Proceedings.
