Liverpool and Remote Private Client Locum Solicitor and Remote General Counsel for Tech Company ongoing part time

Company Commercial Consultant

A new vacancy has arisen via our Interim Lawyers platform for SMEs and stat ups. £50 per hour set rate on this one so apologies if unsuitable.

Remote working on behalf of a central London plc – W1T postcode. Firm are a tech company providing recruitment software to agencies – not including us – presumably aiming at agencies of a larger size with a bit more disposable income!.

Part Time,Flexible – ongoing.
Position: General Counsel
Flexible Time: 8 to 16 hours per week

Reporting to the CEO, the General Counsel will be responsible for the following areas:
GDPR compliance, training and liaison with ICO
KYC/AML compliance, training and liaison with FCA
Employment Law
General litigation
Website terms of business drafting and updating
Corporate law including company secretarial, issue of shares, minutes, etc
Intellectual property licensing agreements
Banking including debt and equity capital markets, M&A, IPO, etc
Fund administration including GP, LP agreements
Trust administration including settlors, trustees, beneficiaries, etc

Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor

Liverpool firm seek a private client locum for 2-4 months from the 5th January 2021. Full time role – option for office and remote work. Will involve some office attendance though. Role will be until the firm recruit a new head of private client department.
