North Yorkshire Family Locum Solicitor

A new family locum vacancy has arisen with a family law firm in a beautiful area of the country. Just south of the Yorkshire Dales with good access to trains (office is 500 metres from the station) and the motorway network via Bradford.

The same firm are recruiting a permanent full time family lawyer and this role is for a locum family lawyer to fill in whilst they go through the process. Start date is 4th January 2021. The work is all private family – no legal aid – so the usual mix of divorce, financial remedy, children etc.

No remote working option on this one – its office based. Part time or full time possible. Will last for c.3-6 months until the firm manage to find someone on a permanent basis.

Southampton Conveyancing Locum Solicitor

Sole practitioner looking for locum cover whilst away for surgery in January/February 2021. It will be for a minimum of 2 weeks depending on advice from doctor. Ideally the firm needs someone to be at the office, purely from the logistics of files etc.   They would need the locum to deal with all conveyancing, although there is secretarial support to assist with preparing some of the documents if required.  Firm unable to give specific dates yet but keen to get someone booked in. Appreciate the Catch 22 scenario for locums!
