1. A new vacancy has arisen with a firm in Leicester:-

Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE sought by Leicester firm on locum basis. May be scope to go permanent in due course. Medium sized practice.

Notice period and hourly rates are essential at this stage. Suspect the hourly rates are not going to be at the top end on this one so if you are interested please bear this in mind!

2. Family Solicitor post.

A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm in Cornwall. They need a family locum to cover from the 12th to the 29th April. Must be able to handle FDR hearings – there are 2 of these during the weeks. LSC and privately funded work.

3. Conveyancing Locum post.

A new locum vacancy has arisen with a firm based 3 miles from Reading (London side) and junction 10 of the M4. Train station in the vicinity.

Looking for a solicitor to work out of one of their two offices on a caseload of residential conveyancing. This is due to sick leave being taken by a solicitor (operation) and could be up to 6 months. May also go permanent if anyone was interested in a role offering this.

Start date if possible is the 17th April.
