Caseload is a broad mix of civil litigation work but there is no personal injury work. Their litigation solicitor is due to leave at the end of November at latest so assignment can start as soon as possible but by end of November at latest and will then run until a permanent replacement can be sourced so likely to run for minimum of 3 months.

They ideally need someone ASAP and the assignment is likely to last a minimum of two months. They offer candidates the ability to work from home when not required in Court and consider flexible hours to suit.

Ideally they would like someone who can manage residential work and a small amount of light commercial conveyancing. However, vast majority is residential work so happy to consider locums who only specialise in residential work. Assignment will commence ASAP and run until they find a permanent candidate so estimation is that it will be a minimum of a month and possibly up to 3+ months if desired.

Assignment will commence at the beginning of November and run for 2 to 3 months. Ideally full-time but happy to consider part-time at 3 days per week. General commercial expertise is essential. Exposure to charity law would be useful, as would some grasp of IT/software/databases/licensing and IP.

VAC-19850 Employment Locum in Greenwich South East London A small South East London firm is looking for a locum solicitor to work an assignment at their office located a 2 minute walk from Greenwich Station. Caseload will consist of employment law and general civil litigation work so expertise in both areas is essential. Assignment will start on Monday 28th October (or as soon after as possible) and run for 3 months to around the end of January.
