Three new vacancies in this afternoon as follows:

VAC 19575 Sole practitioner based in Oxford Street, Central London urgently seeks a conveyancing locum for an immediate start to cover for approximately 6 weeks. Locums should ideally have 5+ years residential conveyancing experience. Any commercial property experience a bonus but not essential.

VAC 19577 Firm situated in Dorset countryside and not near a train station, looking for a locum to assist 3 other Private Client fee-earners working on a range of Probate, Tax, Inheritance, LPA and Trust matters. They can offer flexible working conditions. Assignment commencing 15th July and running for up to 6 months. No end date specified at this stage.

VAC 19578 A medium sized Oxfordshire firm is looking for a locum company commercial solicitor to work at their offices, which are situated about 2 miles from a mainline train station. Caseload will be fairly broad ranging to include commercial contract drafting, T&Cs, shareholder agreements etc along with transactional work (most transactions in the range of £1 million to £10million). Looking at c.3 days per week and continuing until the firm recruit permanently.
