New Remote Working Consultancy Roles 26th February 2021

  1. Capital Markets Lawyer. IPOs on stockmarket and AIM market, including Merger/acquisitions, RTO (reverse take over ) up to 10 hours a week. Needs to assist with i) forms and processes, ii) transaction advice, iii) assisting in transaction execution and iv) post transaction advice. London firm (fully remote).
  2. Commercial Litigation Lawyer – high court and county court work – up to 10 hours per week. London firm (fully remote)
  3. HNW Family Solicitor x 2 – children/ custody, financial settlement of high net worth clients, international parents based in UK. (2 firms looking for the same requirement at the moment). Both very ad hoc and dependent on cases – both firms currently have cases ready to work. London & Manchester firms (fully remote)
  4. Part Time Director and firm COLP and COFA. This would be on a monthly retainer with an ongoing contract for the minimum hours required. Property & litigation firm. The existing COLP and COFA is retiring from the business having just seen them through the main part of the Lexcel accreditation process and they now need someone able to take this over.
    The arrangement has been working at 1 day per week (a notional 8 hours a day) and the firm would look to continue this. They will also pay extra hours required on top. You will not need to attend their offices at any time, although the occasional visit may be of assistance! Greater Manchester location. We have a number of remote working consultants working with this firm – they are very busy across the board at the moment with new work coming on stream.
