Three new property related locum roles in as follows:

1. A small Suffolk firm need a conveyancing locum to manage a residential caseload at their Lowestoft office – they are situated about 300 metres from the train station. Start date is January 2020. 2-3 months likely.

2. A new vacancy has arisen with a small practice with an office in central Norwich – looking for a locum to assist them from the 21st October to the 1st November. Residential conveyancing.

3. Law firm in Amersham. Looking for someone to read through and draft documentation for an option agreement to purchase property and due diligence. Value of transaction is £1-2 million so quite small. 4-5 hours work apparently. Need to go into their offices.
