Property Litigation Solicitor – Ad Hoc/Part Time Remote

A new vacancy has arisen with a small – medium sized central London law firm, looking for a property litigation lawyer on a part time remote basis.

Role will be remote working.
The firm act for landlords and tenants.
Duration – at least 6 months but could be longer
Work is flexible – likely to be part time to start but also considering a fully ad hoc basis.
Caseload: litigation is landlord and tenant and a few small claims when they come up. Litigation could be for the tenant where there is a large deposit dispute/repair or landlord where there is unlawful eviction, possession, arrears etc.
