A new vacancy has arisen with a small-medium practice based in Chelmsford but handling good quality property work – looking for a locum to assist them from now until Christmas – handling a mixed bag of commercial property and residential conveyancing. Increased workload hence the need. The firm are based about 5km East of Chelmsford town centre and situated in a rural location. Full time role – they might be able to fit around a few existing commitments.
