Two new locum roles in today as follows:

1. South Wales solicitors firm with offices in Aberdare (station 150 metres) and Blackwood (you can be based at either office) seek a locum residential conveyancing lawyer to cover starting as soon as you are able. Will be for a period of 1-3 months. Covering maternity leave – possibly longer. They had locum cover but it has fallen through at short notice. They are also looking to recruit permanently – part time or full time. The locum role can be part time or full time – hours can be flexible.

2. Leeds – large solicitors firm based in central Leeds (South Parade) looking for assistance for about 4 weeks starting asap dealing with submitting returns to the Land Registry and HMRC. This role was advertised earlier this year at a related office in Gloucestershire but the licensed conveyancing practice dealing was closed down and the CLC investigating. That has all ended and the work is now live again through the main large solicitors firm handling the files. Can be 4 or 5 days per week. The firm interviewed 3-4 locums last time – if this was you and it is of interest still please let me know.
