A new residential conveyancing vacancy has arisen with a large law firm who are one of the new pioneers of remote working. One of their solicitors needs support with a large number of buy to let residential single occupant units (presumably student flats etc..) and deal with the usual mix of work – land registry, companies house, raise enquiries, review on title, etc.. etc.. The solicitor is based in Cheltenham and you can either be based at his office or alternatively work from home. Start date is as soon as possible and role likely to run for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
In order to be considered you will have to be available for at least 3 days a week minimum. Hours can be flexible though – no 9-5 at this firm. Permanent opportunity as well possible in longer term, but a lot of firms say this and it never happens, nor is it relevant to most locums (!).
